Fred and the staff at Emerald Cove Catering did a fantastic job for my Wedding August 30th 2008. The food got rave
reviews from all the guests and the service was top notch! Emerald Cove did all the set up and tear down of tables and
chairs and that was VERY helpful. They went above and beyond when it came to clean up and stayed until the end to offer
additional help. I appreciated the friendliness and high level of professionalism from Fred and his staff. They helped
