The chefs here at Emerald Cove take pride in their dishes as every component is compiled from scratch with the best local ingredients. During this down time in the economy we are offering smaller deposits with payment plans and large discounts to help work with every client no matter the budget. We do our part in sustaining the environment by participating in Cedar Grove Composting procedures and as a member of the Greene Scene Movement. All of our paper products are 100% compostable and made with 100% recycled paper or corn by-products.
